Charity Olson is Senior Vice President, Director of Trust. Charity is responsible for the oversight and management of trust administration throughout the Associated Bank footprint. Charity works with her team to put the client’s needs first and provide insight on Wealth Preservation, Estate Planning and employ Personal Trust and Risk Management strategies. In addition to managing day to day activities of the Personal Trust team, Charity’s role has a strong focus on business development and specializes in administrative management of institutional size portfolios. In addition, Charity is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Trust Business Line of Associated Trust Company, including the day-to-day administration of trustee, paying agency, refunding escrow, OPEB, custody and third-party escrow accounts. Charity brings over 20 years of banking experience to Associated. Active in her community, Charity is the Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Committee. She is also a freelance writer for local newspapers.

Michael Dixon is a financial services professional with vast experience leading organizations through growth and organizational change, creating top and bottom-line growth and strategic partnerships across institutions and regulatory regimes. Michael holds an MBA in Industrial Management as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Dallas.

Teresa founded harp-weaver LLC to offer donors a better way to add meaning and align their gifting with personal, family, and financial goals. Her mission is to inspire others by helping them articulate their values and passions to be purposeful givers. Teresa holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Nonprofit Administration and has received the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation from the American College of Financial Services.

Elizabeth Baran Wagner is Senior Vice President and Director of Institutional Wealth Management for Bryn Mawr Trust. She has over two decades of experience advising long-term charitable solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families, and nonprofit institutions.

Eric is Chief Executive Officer of GiftingNetwork, in Morristown, New Jersey. Previously Eric founded and was CEO of Swerdlin White Huber, Inc, (SWH) a firm dedicated to investment management, administration, and program support for planned giving programs at non-profit organizations throughout the country. In 1999 SWH was acquired by the Bank of New York, where Eric remained and was the Division Head for three years.

Bill McFadden, President of GreenHill Investment Reporting, has over 25 years of experience as a Financial Services Executive and Entrepreneur. He is the owner of Sixline, an investment advisory consulting firm, and previously led Business Development for CGI while serving as VP of Business Development at SunGard. Bill also co-founded Investor’s View, which was successfully sold to SunGard.

Greg is Head of Sales for GiftingNetwork, leading their sales efforts in the non-profit sector and financial services segment. Previously, Greg was the National Sales Executive for Vanguard Charitable. He was tasked to head up their financial advisor segment where he was responsible for promoting philanthropy through use of Vanguard’s Donor Advised Fund. He has also held roles at O’Shares ETF’s, RS Investments, and The Hartford Mutual Funds/PLANCO.
